Every policy on Canada Policy Manual is produced through a multi-stage verification pipeline. Government pages are scraped weekly through Firecrawl, a primary draft is written by Claude Opus, the draft is independently reviewed by GPT, and live disagreements are resolved by Perplexity's web search. No policy goes live until an admin gatekeeper has reviewed and approved the change.
The result is a policy library where every legal statement is mapped to its source URL, its underlying legislation, and the date it was last verified — visible in the manual itself. This is what we mean by traceable, defensible policy content.
