A CROSS-BORDER WORKFLOW

From U.S. team
to Canadian policy manual.

A step-by-step explanation of where Canada Policy Manual fits—and which responsibilities remain outside the product.

Illustrative interactive walkthrough, not a screen recording. Navigation and plan names checked against the app code on October 10, 2026. No real account, payment or customer data is used.

Before you open the live app

Confirm the Canadian workplace and employing arrangement. Gather accurate company details, workplace addresses, employee counts, reporting contacts and the operating procedures the profile asks about. Do not enter employee SINs, card details or medical information into a policy-manual profile.

What to verify as you go

Check the selected workplace, required-profile status, company details in the sample and the current plan’s coverage and download allowance. A free opening-page sample helps you review the product; it does not verify every legal provision in the complete policy manual.

STEP 1 OF 6

Map the Canadian workplace

Before opening the product, confirm the employing arrangement and workplace coverage. Our fictional example is a U.S.-headquartered business with a Canadian workplace. It is not a real customer or a legal coverage determination.

1. Map the Canadian workplace

Before opening the product, confirm the employing arrangement and workplace coverage. Our fictional example is a U.S.-headquartered business with a Canadian workplace. It is not a real customer or a legal coverage determination.

2. Complete the company profile

In the current app, complete the required company and workplace details and operating procedures. Use accurate business information, not this example. Save the profile and address any missing required items before generation.

3. Open Preview & Download

Go to the dashboard’s Preview & Download Manual workspace. Confirm the selected jurisdiction and workplace address before opening the policy manual. These inputs matter; do not use one workplace’s manual for another without checking.

4. Review the free sample

A free account can preview a watermarked sample of up to five opening pages; a shorter manual can show fewer. Review the company details, layout and opening content. This is not access to the full policy manual.

5. Choose coverage and complete checkout

If the product fits, review the current plan, selected coverage, renewal terms, address allowance and PDF download cap. Enter payment details only in the real secure checkout. This walkthrough neither displays card data nor processes a payment.

6. Return and download within your plan

After a successful subscription, return to Preview & Download, confirm the workplace and use Download PDF when access and allowance are available. Check the complete file and put the policies into practice. The product is not a payroll service or a guarantee of compliance.

Inside the product

A guided company profile, policy-manual preview, subscription access and PDF downloads within the current plan’s terms and limits.

Outside the product

Canadian entity setup, employer-of-record services, payroll processing, immigration advice, employment-contract validation and individual legal decisions.
